Dave joined Sonata in 2002 after a 25-year career with the SAFECO Corporation where he served as President and a member of the Board of Trustees of SAFECO Mutual Funds, President of SAFECO Securities and Senior Vice President of SAFECO Asset Management. In his role as President and Managing Director of Sonata, he oversees business strategy and firm operations. He also serves as the main due diligence officer for mutual fund selection and management. His real passion however remains working closely with clients. Dave is a graduate the University of Washington.
